Black metal inserts (1 inch = 2.54 cm) for extending the handlebar stock posts of Suzuki Intruder VZR1800 / M1800R or Boulevard M109R /BOSS motorcycles.

The inserts are designed to reduce the distance between the steering wheel and the driver. When these inserts are installed, the steering wheel moves 1 inch closer to the driver, changes its position and seriously changes his fit! These inserts are especially recommended for drivers up to 180 cm tall, as they make long-distance travel easier by unloading the shoulder girdle and reducing the load on the lower back.

MAT / GLOSS:
You can choose a matte black or a glossy color of the inserts. You can specify your wishes in the comments to the order.

The inserts are available in our own production, both black and polished (gray).

Specification:
The height of these inserts is 1 inch (2.54 cm). When installing this pair, unlike the maximum length inserts, you do not need to buy extended clutch and throttle cables, as well as long front brake hoses, because if they are properly pulled, the stock length will be enough to turn the steering wheel completely in both directions.

Installation Features:
Before installing, please note that the handlebar spacers have four sides each, which are slightly different in width! Turn them so that they match the steering column as much as possible, because the pillars themselves also have non-symmetrical faces.

If you just attach the spacers to the steering wheel, they will not fit in diameter and the steering wheel will not fall into them, because it fits there tightly only when the bolts are tightened! When you tighten the clips with bolts, you can make sure that the spacers fit perfectly!

Tighten the bolts first on the top (about 2/3), and then on the bottom (about 3/4). Next, tighten the upper bolts to the maximum so that the gap between the steering wheel clips and the spacers disappears. Then tighten the lower bolts. Please note that there will be a large gap under the steering wheel, between the clips and spacers - it is standard! Before installing the spacers, look under the steering wheel and see that the steering wheel clips from below have a regular slot - this is necessary so that the steering wheel is clamped! After installing our spacers, the gap will remain, and it is a regular one, not a defective product!

When installing the spacers, do not forget to adjust the vertical position of the steering wheel, and then adjust the position of the levers and mirrors.
