When buying consumables from us, we provide a 50% discount on the work. For example, replacing the oil, air filters, and oil filter on the M109R / VZR1800 / M1800R with your consumables costs 5,000 rubles, and with ours - 2,500 rubles.
We do not accept motorcycles with externally purchased tuning materials or spare parts for maintenance, as we cannot guarantee their performance, and therefore cannot take responsibility for the consequences of their operation! As a last resort, if we do not have the necessary parts available, we can send you to trusted stores or offer to purchase original parts to order, with a big discount, through us...
Maintenance of a motorcycle "with its own" consumables (this is when a customer purchases consumables for maintenance on their own (not from us) and brings them with them) is possible, but the cost of service increases 1.5-2 times and guarantees for the work performed are not provided. We also have the right to refuse service if the imported materials raise obvious doubts about their quality, the possibility of their installation and operation.

THE RULES FOR SIGNING UP FOR SERVICE IN OUR MOTORCYCLE SERVICE:

Preliminary consultation and discussion of the list of planned works (phone, messenger or arrival (see point 5)).

Installation of the availability of spare parts, consumables and other materials necessary for the work.

Payment for materials.

Coordination of the day and time for the work.

It is possible to arrive for free diagnostics, without an appointment, by prior arrangement, but with the condition that no work will be carried out during this visit. If work is required, we will agree on this the next day, taking into account paragraphs 1-4.
A preliminary consultation is necessary in order to compile a list of works, clarify the availability of materials for them, as well as understand how much time this service will take. It is important that the record for previous and subsequent jobs for other clients will be calculated based on the time of this record. We will not be able to arrive by appointment and add works that we did not expect in time, because this will be at the expense of time for other entries. If additional work occurs that takes more than 5 minutes, plan a new meeting, or leave the bike until the task is solved.
Payment of materials in advance is necessary so that the client not only confirms his arrival, but also the necessary materials are reserved and it does not turn out that upon arrival something is over or something was not available initially. We also do not reserve goods without payment because a customer who does not pay for materials most often does not arrive for service on the appointed day. To be precise, there are 2/3 of them, but 100% of those who have paid for the materials in advance arrive at the appointed time! It is for these reasons that we do not sign up for customer service without 100% agreements, confirmed by the payment of materials.

Engine repair:
The cost of engine repair work is determined by the need for complete or partial disassembly. For example, repair of the engine or gearbox of a Suzuki Boulevard M109R / Intruder VZR1800 / M1800R motorcycle, taking into account the removal / disassembly / repair / assembly of the engine and motorcycle 80,000 rubles. The cost of the list of spare parts and consumables that will be identified after the defect will be added to this amount. We also guarantee an 18% discount on the purchase of necessary spare parts and consumables from the retail price of MEGAZIP.
If you are located within Moscow and the Moscow region, we can pick up the motorcycle from you and bring it back to you when ready.
Molar works:
Only motorcycles are fully accepted for painting, both with and without restoration of the painted parts, taking into account the disassembly and assembly of the motorcycle by our forces. Painting and restoration of individual spare parts is carried out only in conjunction with other work on this motorcycle. Spare parts brought separately for painting and repair are not accepted as separate works.
Motorcycle door - fixing the motorcycle frame:
The motorcycle frame is fixed (restored) on a turnkey basis and includes: disassembly and assembly of the motorcycle, correction of the frame geometry, restoration of the frame appearance (painting). Motorcycles are accepted only in assembly! The price of the service package, for example, for the M109R / VZR1800 / M1800R is from 100,000 rubles.
