POLISHED safety arches with a DIAMETER of 51mm made of stainless steel "MADMAX1500" Russian production for Suzuki Intruder VZ1500 / VL1500 or Boulevard M90 /C90 motorcycles.

Specification:
This is a very high-quality analogue of the standard (stock) safety arches, which are installed on the frame of a motorcycle, in the places provided for this purpose by Suzuki engineers. In our own production, we have carefully studied the original arches and, taking into account the wishes of the owners of the Suzuki M90 / VZ1500, we have taken the best from the standard arches, improved their design, and created a more brutal version of them.

Compatibility:

• Intruder VZ1500 / Boulevard M90 - all years;

• Intruder VL1500 / Boulevard C90 - from 2013 and above.

What is saved from the regular arcs:

• the fastening system in the regular places of the motorcycle frame and under the front brackets of the driver's footrests;

• integration with all regular motorcycle parts without the need to "alter" or move them.;

• maximum degree of reliability.

The main differences from standard safety arcs are:

• The MADMAX1500 arches have become twice as wide as the regular ones, but they are narrower than the steering wheel and are located at the center of the regular footrests.;

• The pipe diameter has become 51mm, compared to the standard 32mm;

• The slope of the arcs has been changed: the standard ones are tilted slightly forward with the upper part, and the MADMAX1500 is tilted slightly backward with the upper part due to the longer extension of the lower bracket forward.;

• the length of the lower bracket extension has been increased, due to which the arches do not interfere with the gearshift lever and the rear brake pedal;

• The thickness of the lower brackets has been increased from 6 to 10 mm.;

• polished stainless steel is as shiny as chrome and does not spark when rubbing against the surface, which means it is safer!

Installation:

• On the Intruder VZ1500 / Boulevard M90, you need to unscrew the front mounting bolts of the driver's footrests, which will be used as fasteners for the upper part of both arches (just rearrange them). The lower brackets of the arches are superimposed on top of the previously unscrewed bolts and tightened with elongated bolts, which are supplied in the kit. The installation of arcs does not require any special skills and will take 5-10 minutes, without the need for specialists!

• The installation of arcs on the Intruder VL1500 / Boulevard C90 - from 2013 and above is not much different from the installation on the M90 / VZ1500, but it has one caveat. You need to unscrew the front mounting bolts of the driver's footrest brackets, which will be used as fasteners for the upper part of both arches (just rearrange them). But unlike the M90 / VZ1500, you do not put the lower brackets of the arches on top of the previously unscrewed bolts, but insert them between the frame and the bracket of the driver's footrest! At the same time, you need to unscrew the rear bolts of the footrest brackets and install the supplied bushings between the frame and the bracket. Thus, the footrest brackets on both sides of the motorcycle will extend by 1cm due to the insertion of the arch brackets in front and due to the sleeve in the rear. The installation of arcs does not require any special skills and will take 5-10 minutes, without the need for specialists!

There are no alternative advantages of exclusive arches of the MADMAX series for Suzuki Intruder and Boulevard motorcycles.
