This is a very high-quality analogue of the standard (stock) safety arcs, which are installed on the motorcycle frame, in the places provided for this purpose by Suzuki engineers. In our own production, we have carefully studied the original arches and, taking into account the wishes of the owners of Suzuki M50 / C50 / VZ800 / M800 / VL800 / Volusia, we have taken the best from the standard arches, improved their design, and created a more brutal version of them.

What is saved from the regular arcs:

The main differences from standard safety arcs are:

The MADMAX800 arches have become THREE times wider than the regular ones, but they are narrower than the steering wheel and are located at the center of the regular footrests.;

The pipe diameter has become 51mm, compared to the standard 32mm;

the length of the lower bracket extension has been increased, due to which the arcs do not interfere with the gearshift lever and the rear brake pedal;
-
The thickness of the lower brackets has been increased from 6 to 10 mm.;

polished stainless steel is as shiny as chrome and does not spark when rubbing against the surface, which means it is safer!
Installation:

it is necessary to unscrew the front standard mounting bolts of the driver's footrests;
-
The released standard bolts should be used to attach the upper brackets of the arches to the standard holes located on the sides of the motorcycle frame.;
-
Attach the lower brackets of the arches over the holes that were previously unscrewed and secure with the bolts that are supplied in the kit.

There are no alternative advantages of exclusive arches of the MADMAX series for Suzuki Intruder and Boulevard motorcycles.
